Shipping Information

Thank you for ordering from Oma & Popie’s! As a small, family-owned Idaho business, we personally prepare and pack every order with care.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships from Kuna, Idaho, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States after discounts and before taxes.

Free Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery on purchases of $30 or more within 25 miles of Kuna, Idaho. If your address qualifies, Add Local into the code at checkout. We will contact you if any additional delivery details are needed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Oma & Popie’s cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays, Damage or Missing Packages

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur. If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible through our website. For damaged orders, please include your order number and photos of the products and packaging so we can help make it right.
