Refund policy

Our first priority is your satisfaction with our products. However, if the situation ever does arise where you are dissatisfied with our products, we conform to the following policies:

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept physical product returns because our products are edible food items;
  • If you do have an issue with our products, please contact us within 30 days of purchasing them;
  • We will refund you the full price of the item if you are dissatisfied with our product; 
  • We do not refund shipping charges;
  • The full price of the item (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to the same credit card that you used to purchase the item;
  • If your product is damaged or tampered with on receipt, please contact us immediately and we will have a replacement sent to you (we may need to see photographic evidence if it is a shipping issue/goods were damaged during transit)
