Hawt Oma Flatbread

Some, especially Oma, like it hot - extra heat for other spicy lovers

 

Ingredients:   

  • Ready-made flatbread crust or refrigerated pizza  
  • dough Olive oil seasoned with garlic, basil and oregano.  
  • ½ cup Hawt Mess Sauce  
  • 1 cup diced or shredded chicken  
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese  
  • Sliced red onion rings and jalapenos - as many as you can handle  
  • 6-8 slices of red tomatoes  
  • Red pepper flakes                        

 

Directions:    

Step 1: Brush ready-made flatbread or cooked pizza dough with olive oil seasoned with garlic, basil & oregano and baked in 350 degree until it starts to crisp (approximately five minutes).

Step 2: Take out of oven beginning with sauce, layer all ingredients except red tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Step 3: Bake in 425 oven until toppings begin to bubble. Step 4: Top with Sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, slice and enjoy.
