Drunk Uncle Pineapple Ham


Ingredients:

  • 7-8 lb Ham spiral cut - bone-in or boneless, either will work

  • 1 cup Drunk Uncle (Brown Sugar Bourbon) Marinade

  • 1 cup dark brown sugar

  • 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits or chunks – drain juice into a small bowl.

Directions:

Step 1. In a large crock pot, over 6-quarts or larger, cover the bottom with only 3/4 cup of the brown sugar.

Step 2. Place ham on top of the brown sugar, open the slices slightly with your hands

Step 3. Mix together the juice of the pineapple and marinade then pour over the ham evenly.

Step 4. Add the pineapple around the sides and some on top along with the remaining brown sugar.

Step 5. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
