Drunk Uncle Pecans


Here is the recipe for our world famous "Brown Sugar Bourbon Pecans." Now you make these at home for the entire family to enjoy year round.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 ounces pecan halves

  • * 1/4 cup butter(optional)

  • 1/2 cup Drunk Uncle Marinade

  • 1/4 cup of Brown sugar powder

  • 1TSP Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: * Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat

Step 2: Add Drunk Uncle and stir one – two minutes to a simmer

Step 3: Pour in pecans, stirring to coat.

Step 4: Arrange pecan halves in an aluminum foil lined 13 x 9 cookie pan ~ Reynolds Release foil works great here or coat pan with spray butter.

Step 5: Bake at 250º for 45 minutes; stirring every 15 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from oven to cool for one-two minutes, pecans should still be sticky.

Step 7: In a medium size mixing bowl lightly coat pecans with the brown sugar & cinnamon powder.

Step 8: Spread on wax paper to cool.

*Store in an airtight container for freshness
