Grilled Asian Style Wings

Oma & Popie amp’d up version of Buffalo Wild Wings Asian Zing

Ingredients:

  • 16 chicken wing pieces

  • 1 cup of Oma & Popie’s Wingin’ It Wing Sauce

  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce

  • 3 TBL oyster sauce

  • 2 tsp ginger (fresh is best)

  • 2 tsp honey

  • Sesame seeds

Directions:

Step 1: Combine sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and ginger in zip lock bag, place in rinsed and towel dried chicken wings.

Step 2: Let marinade overnight.

Step 3: Grill wings until golden brown and nicely charred on both sides.

Step 4: Once finished brush with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

Tip: For those who like it extra spicy

add a ½ cup of sirracha to the marinade
